Do you need to see a doctor or get a general check-up,
but are uninsured?
You might qualify for the comprehensive services offered by the Light of the World Clinic and it's talented volunteer staff.
The clinic is made of over 250 volunteer staff and 30+ providers who donate their time to help and treat patients.
The clinic is NOT a walk-in clinic and requires prior qualification in order to be seen by one of the providers.
To begin the qualification process you must:
1) Download the English or Spanish application packet
2) You will need to completely fill and sign the application sheet
3) Attach a copy of the items listed on the requirement page.
Please keep in mind that incomplete applications and incomplete documentation submittals will delay your application status/process.
Once we have received your completed application either by mail or in person, it takes approximately 1 - 2 weeks for a response.
